TerraCotta Homes is a Realty Agent (by the name of Mayra Rodriguez) that was in desperate need of a brand identity to kick-off a career of helping others acquire homes in Puerto Rico with ease. While her competitors relied on a widely overused look and feel to try to sell their expert services, I made sure to define Mayra's brand in her love for classical Puerto Rican architecture. The outcome? A familial, professional, and throwback look by the use of Caribbean colors, Spanish brick designs, and Vintage photography and art.

I quickly fell in love in this project because of the client's mission in the realty market, and because, well, she's my mother...thanks mom!
